The Book

I'm happy to announce that Take the Dog Out! will make it's debut in a week. The story is about a very energetic, determined dog who wants to go outside. The family is too busy to take the dog out, and there is a lot of chaos. In the end, they realize a walk together is what they really want.

I'm thankful for the family, friends, teachers, librarians, and editors that helped with this book. I'm also very grateful for the chance to work with Mandy Newham-Cobb. Mandy's fun illustrations make the story come alive.

Take the Dog Out! has a lot of laughs, hidden dog bones, counting, and sight words. It will be free for a limited time on Amazon. Stay tuned, and I'll give you the details. In the meantime, here is the book trailer.
